How Sanofi France uses Adobe to Quickly Bring Life-Saving Therapies to Market

Immuno-oncol­o­gy is a break­through can­cer treat­ment that helps the immune sys­tem find and attack can­cer cells—a promis­ing alter­na­tive to harsh­er tra­di­tion­al approach­es. Adobe Cam­paign helps Sanofi present a more uni­fied front to physi­cians as they meet with sales reps, par­tic­i­pate in clin­i­cal tri­als, and receive sci­en­tif­ic lit­er­a­ture from the com­pa­ny. And for the first time, the mar­ket­ing team can mea­sure the results, con­tin­u­al­ly look­ing for new ways to be rel­e­vant in the lives of doc­tors and patients around the world.

Beyond its adop­tion of Adobe Expe­ri­ence Cloud and Cre­ative Cloud, Sanofi saves hours of work every week thanks to its use of e-sig­na­tures with Adobe Doc­u­ment Cloud and Adobe Sign on all its con­tracts, pur­chase orders, and state­ments of work.

Accord­ing to Valérie Abrell Duong, VP IT, dig­i­tal and inno­va­tion at Sanofi France, Adobe plays an impor­tant role in the company’s con­tin­u­ing evo­lu­tion. “We want­ed more than a tech­nol­o­gy ven­dor.
